Will Driscoll is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He has experience handling over 80 cases in federal court, which is often where multi-party, complex personal injury cases are litigated, as well as Long-Term Disability cases governed by ERISA.

Will has jury trial experience in state and federal courts and has handled appeals to the Kentucky Court of Appeals, Kentucky Supreme Court and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
