Will Driscoll — Managing Attorney
Will Driscoll is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Will has jury trial experience in state and federal courts and has handled appeals to the Kentucky Court of Appeals, Kentucky Supreme Court and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. His experience as a lawyer includes personal injury and wrongful death, as well as legal malpractice and long-term disability. Will is a former member of the Board of Governors for the Kentucky Justice Association, Board of Trustees of Springdale Woods Neighborhood Association and the Board of Directors for the non-profit Options for Individuals. Will grew up in the Hikes Point area of Louisville, Kentucky, and now lives in Oldham County, Kentucky.
Chris Evensen — Attorney, Of Counsel
Chris Evensen is originally from Lexington, Kentucky, and attended law school at the University of Louisville Law School in 1999. After being named partner in a local firm, he became associated "of counsel" with Driscoll & Associates where he has represented hundreds of individuals in personal injury cases involving bone fractures, torn ligaments, repetitive trauma conditions, traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and psychological conditions. He has successfully argued cases on behalf of clients to the Supreme Court of Kentucky and frequently provides education to members of the community, speaking on injury issues and the law for labor and management groups. Chris is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association, Kentucky Justice Association (formerly KATA), and the Kentucky and National Work Injury Litigation Group (WILG).
Virginia Smith — Legal Secretary, Office Manager
Ms. Smith began working for Driscoll & Associates in the summer of 2003. She completed her paralegal studies in Indianapolis, Indiana, and brings over 30 years of experience to her job. Virginia believes client service and satisfaction are first and foremost. She is always willing to assist our clients in finding answers to questions they may have as their case progresses.
Niles Charlet — Paralegal, Case Manager
Niles Charlet holds an Associate and Bachelor's degree from Sullivan University, and a Master's degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is an active member of the Kentucky Paralegal Association and Louisville Association of Paralegals. She is also a member of the Kentucky Justice Association. Niles has been with Driscoll & Associates since May of 2003, and can review the status of a client's case and can answer any questions regarding the progress of their case.
